Life on Life Groups of Four
Bill Faris / Room 103
Why is going "life-on-life" with three other men or women so powerful? Why did Jesus consider it important to draw Peter, James and John close to Himself during His earthly ministry? What makes a "power of four" group indispensible to those who have been involved in one?
Dr. Steve Bagley and Pastor Bill Faris will help you discover the flexibility, relational empowerment and spiritual potency of P-4 groups. They will also show you how simple it is to start a P-4 group in your own environment. If you're like most of us, you probably don't need another program in your life; but you could really use some "Power of Four". |

Pursuing Diverse Leadership: Race, Money, Sex & Power
Michelle Wilson & Daniel Lui / Room 265
Ethnically and economically diverse churches which equip and empower the whole body, both women and men, for leadership and service in the kingdom . . . We want to see it. But, why is it so hard? Learn to recognize and overcome the obstacles which undermine our ability to build cross-cultural relationships and diverse teams and become a part of the invitation to leadership. |
Authority & Power to Break Bondages
Bob Obert / Room 268 |
Life at the End of the Rope: Personal Journey from Spiritual Dryness Into the Heart of God
Nigel Morris / Pastors Lounge This session is aimed at those who are honestly struggling to grasp God’s love for them. Through personal testimony, Nigel will describe his journey from living like a servant, to that of a beloved son. There will be lots of opportunity for ministry. |
Journaling
Beth Issler / War Room This is a workshop for those who already journal and those who are wondering if they'd enjoy it. We'll explore various types of journals and their contribution to growing your spiritual life as well as giving you motivation for the journey. Come join us!

Kingdom Thread
Dan Mahon / Room 270
|
Team Building
Charlie Brown / Room 283
The fine art of team building is becoming essential in leadership of any kind. What's the difference between a team and a group? How do visionary leaders move a group of people towards a God-given goal? How do we harvest the collective wisdom of all our people to glorify God? |
Vineyard on a Mission: Impacting The Nations One Church at a Time
Floyd Butler / Room 183 This workshop will be using the workbook, “Vineyard on a Mission.” It was designed to help churches determine how and where they can be more focused globally by probing their gifts, talents, resources and interests. It will assist churches in developing a vision/purpose for missions that will be focused, strategic, long lasting and effective. |

Going Deeper: Spiritual Formation
Steve Summerell / Sanctuary
God’s desire is that “Christ would be formed in you” (Gal. 4:19). Spiritual formation is the process through which that occurs. In our time together we will be unpacking the topic of spiritual formation, as well as looking at pathways and practices that can aide us in deepening our lives in God.
|
The Good Reaper
Betty Frye / Room 103 Giving “The Good News” in a resistant culture is in the approach. Whether at home or work, you have a field. How will you cultivate it? Come and explore a simple, straight forward approach that Gods already initiated in you. |
The Wheel of Faith: Peters 8 Keys to Personal Transformation
Dan Hodgson / Room 108Peter understood transformation--from denying Christ under pressure, to facing execution in Rome with peace and confidence. His 8 keys trace the cycle from awakening faith to selfless love, showing us the progression from one stage to the next--and growing in understanding of each over a life time... The keys to a truly "successful" life.

Natural Church Development: A Proven Way to Build a Healthy Church
Dan Smith / Room 183
The NCD process has been field-tested by over 50,000 churches, including many Vineyards, and has a proven track record of helping pastors and their teams lead their churches to health and growth. This process is a great “fit” for the Vineyard, and has the advantage of being very inexpensive and relatively simple to implement. We have been using the MCD process for over 5 years, with very encouraging results! |
Journey Towards A Multi-ethnic Church
Jimmy Reyes / Warehouse We'll look at why God longs for multi-ethnic churches and what we might do to develop some of the richest relationships we've ever experienced! We hope to explore how we, as leaders or emerging leaders, can be intentional in breaking down cross-cultural barriers. Our hope is that we will all leave with a vision for growing greater diversity in our churches and reaching out to our community in new and exciting ways. |
The Kingdom Triangle
JP Moreland / Room 205 From the book of Acts through the first four centuries of the church, three things were emphasized in growing beliers and in presenting the faith to unbelievers. I call these three the Kingdom Triangle. In this session I will identify them, explain why there must be a balance among them, and offer some practical suggestions for growth in each leg. |
Social Justice & the Kingdom of God
Jamie Wilson / Room 265 Archbishop Desmond Tutu says, "I am a prisoner of hope." This is a workshop about the hope for transforming a world reeling from the effects of by poverty, HIV, and human trafficking, to name a few. We will look at how Jesus is at work in local churches, redeeming injustice and carrying out the mission that he announced long ago in a synagogue in Nazareth. Come prepared for dialogue and prayer. One goal of this workshop is to further network people who are learning how the gospel of the kingdom leads to social justice. |
The Ministry of Reconciliation: Compassion Empowered
Bobby Morrison / Room 268
The call of Christ to a dying and sin diseased world is repent and receive the Kingdom. How do we communicate this message and demonstrate the promises and power of our risen, ruling & reigning Lord? Come hear the heart of the Father for those lost and in captivity, receive refreshing, renewed vision and activation of the Biblical arsenal that God has given us as His children and as movement and have a good laugh in the process. |
Did God Just Speak to Me?
Mike Frye / Room 283
Using biblical and person examples, lets look into “Did He Speak”, or was that just my own thought, and what do I do now? This class is for the timid, unsure, but hopeful and includes a clinic time for practice. |
Hospitality
Hope Moreland / War Room
Being creative about making a place for people to receive healing, encouragement and the Father’s love. |
Outreach Displays
Cheryl Pittluck / The Café

Worship with a Grateful Heart
Chris Lizotte / Room 270
Psalm 100:4 "Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name".
In this workshop we will touch on the importance of developing a grateful heart! We will share the reality of thanksgiving being the very bread that holds our spiritual relationship sandwich together. Hey! Think about it! Without our thanksgiving bread (a grateful heart), our relationship with God and man would be all over the floor. |
