Dear Vineyard Family and Friends,

I have been leading churches now for over 30 years. In that time I have learned many personal lessons, and also so much from others that I feel I have a responsibility to pass on to the next generation of leaders.

My hope and prayer is that God will use these "simple thoughts" to inspire, encourage, strengthen and instruct you.
